Co Founder and Managing Partner / Chief Attorney , Licentiate of law from faculty of law Ain Shams university May 2007 with general grade of "Good" , admitted to Bar 2007 Egypt , Master's Degree In Law from faculty of law Ain Shams university 2010  , Diploma of Higher Studies in Public Law from Faculty of Law Ain Shams University, May 2009 , Diploma of Higher Studies in International Commerce from Faculty of Law, Ain  Shams University , May 2010 , He had a Research entitled "مفهوم الحرية الإقتصادية و دورها في النظم الإقتصادية المقارنة" in year  2009 , and Research entitled"إتفاق التحكيم  " in year 2010 .

Walid has more than 14 years of experience he worked with national and international clients on matters of commercial and corporate law, such as share sales and transfers, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and licensing agreements.
