Mohamed advises companies on complex Commercial matters concerning mergers & acquisitions, private partnership and real-estate. 

Mohamed has more than 14 years of experience in various fields such as sales and transfers drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.

Prior to Co Founding  Salem&Abdelgawad Mohamed worked as a Senior associate at one of the biggest law firms in Egypt Nosseir Law Firm.

Mohamed was responsible for a lot of accounts (PWC, El Masry El Youm, Giza Systems).
